Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for return

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size or colour issues, subject to availability
  • To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@vardhanclothing.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve it promptly.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide you with return instructions within 24–48 hours
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service
